Why we built this
Most DJs turn up, play the music, and that's the relationship. We wanted birthday and anniversary hosts to get more out of booking Tinsel Tim than just a great party — so we built a full set of free planning tools anyone can use right now, whether you've booked us yet or not. Have a browse below.

Common questions
Do I have to book Mobile Disco Network to use these tools?
No — every tool in the Party Toolbox is free to use whether you've booked Tim or not, and there's no catch. We built them because we want birthday and anniversary hosts to have a genuinely useful set of planning tools, not just a sales page.
Do I need to sign up or create an account?
No sign-up, no account and no email address needed for any of the 45 tools — just open the one you want and start using it.
Will my information be saved if I come back later?
It depends on the tool. The Party Guest List & RSVP Tracker and the Thank You Note Generator save your entries in your browser so they're there if you come back on the same device. Most of the other tools don't save automatically, so use the Copy or Print option on those before you close the page if you want to keep a record.
Which tool should I start with?
If you're not sure where to begin, use the "Where Do I Start?" section near the top of this page — it walks through six phases of planning a party, from your very first ideas through to the thank-you notes afterwards, and points you to the right tool at each stage.
Tim’s tip
Pick the room before the theme. Once you know the space and the finish time, everything from food quantities to the playlist is easier to plan.
Ready to book Tinsel Tim for your party?
These 45 tools are free to use whether you book us or not — but when you're ready for a DJ who'll make the night, we'd love to be part of it.

If these free tools helped with your party planning, we’d love a quick review — whether you’ve booked Tim or not. It helps him keep the toolbox free and build more tools like it.
