Every Guest Deserves To Enjoy The Party
Tim often plays at hospitals, care homes, schools and events for disabled adults across Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire. Sensory-Friendly Disco Mode is on offer for any booking, such as weddings and birthdays, not just SEN events. Planning a party for a child or young person with extra needs? Our Children's Parties page covers games and party styles for each age. All of them can include Sensory-Friendly Disco Mode too.
If anyone in your group is sensitive to flashing lights, loud music or too much going on, just tell Tim when you book. There's no extra form, no awkward chat on the night, and no extra cost.

Your Party, Start To Finish
A typical 2-hour Afternoon Session runs like this. There's a proper break halfway through, because a rest matters for many of our guests.
1 Setup
Tim arrives and sets everything up before guests arrive, so it's ready to go the moment the session starts.
2 Guests arrive
A warm, unhurried welcome as everyone settles in and gets comfortable before the session begins.
3 First half — 40-45 minutes
Music and adapted games at a pace everyone can join in with, with Sensory-Friendly Disco Mode if needed.
4 20-minute rest break
A proper breather halfway through, with the music turned down low. Time to rest, have a drink, or simply sit quietly before the second half.
5 Second half — 40-45 minutes
Back into the music and games at the same easy pace. It builds to a happy finish rather than rushing to the end.
6 A calm, unhurried finish
The session winds down gently rather than stopping abruptly, giving everyone time to settle before it's time to leave.
From Tim
A word from Tim Daymond
If anyone in your group is sensitive to flashing lights, loud volume or busy places, just tell me when you book. The calmer set-up means reduced strobe and flash and a clear warning before any effect. We agree the volume beforehand, at no extra cost on any package. I set up and test everything before your guests arrive, so there's no sudden noise. I also adapt games and dances so wheelchair users and guests with limited mobility can join in properly. Let me know your room size too. I can work in smaller spaces such as a care home lounge.
