The shop ships within the UK as standard, and international delivery is also available. Destinations, delivery costs and any customs charges are worked out at checkout. They appear once you've added items to your basket and entered your delivery address.

Every order comes with a 30-day return guarantee. Non-personalised items can be exchanged, refunded or swapped for a voucher. Most of our products are made specifically for you. Getting Your Design Right Before You Order

Because every item is made to order, a few minutes of checking before you click buy saves disappointment later. These pointers apply whether you're ordering one gift or a full set for a team.

Choosing a photo that prints well

Use the original photo file, not a screenshot or an image saved from social media. Those are often compressed and can print soft or blocky. Pick a picture with good light and a clear subject. Think about the crop, too: a landscape shot can lose people at the edges on a mug or badge. Plain backgrounds usually work best on clothing. Zoom right in on the shop preview before ordering. Small flaws you can't see on a phone can become obvious once printed.

Proofreading names, dates and wording

Spelling mistakes are the most common reason a personalised gift disappoints. They are easy to miss when you have typed the text yourself. Read the wording aloud and check every name letter by letter. Confirm dates, ages and anniversary years with someone else if you can. Watch for apostrophes in surnames and plurals. If the gift is a surprise, check a nickname or preferred spelling discreetly with a friend first. Keep wording short so it stays readable at a distance.

Ordering for a group or team

For hen and stag parties, bridal parties, clubs or staff shirts, gather everyone's size before you start. Don't guess. Share the product's size guide with the group, as fits vary between styles. Ask people to measure an item they already own. Collect names and shirt numbers in one list so nothing is retyped from memory. Use the clearest version of your logo, ideally with a transparent background. Agree who is paying and when before ordering, so nobody is left out of pocket.

Timing your order around the event

Work backwards from the date you need the items in hand, not the date of the event. Check the delivery estimate at checkout, then add a comfortable margin for busy periods like Christmas and Mother's Day. For party prizes, outfits or favours, aim to have them a week or so early.
