Your Wedding Day, Hour By Hour
Every wedding is different. Here's how Tim runs a typical wedding day, from arrival to last dance, so you know just what to expect.
1 2 hours before your guests arrive Arrival & setup
Tim arrives under the Early Arrival Guarantee and sets up sound and lighting. He completes a full soundcheck before a single guest walks in.
2 Wedding breakfast & speeches Grand entrance, then background music and the mic
Tim announces you into the room as Mr & Mrs to begin the wedding breakfast, often to a song of your choice. Soft, hand-picked music plays during the meal. Then a wireless microphone is handed over for speeches and toasts. From this point on, guests can scan the QR code at their table to send song requests and dedications straight to Tim.
3 Between breakfast & evening The room changes over
At some venues, guests are asked to step out while the room is turned around for the evening. If Tim's booked for the evening only, this is when he arrives under the Early Arrival Guarantee. Sound, lighting and a full soundcheck are done before your evening guests come back in.
4 Evening begins Evening guests welcomed in
Evening guests arrive to a full atmosphere already building, ready for the dancing ahead.
5 The cake moment Cake cutting, announced and soundtracked
Tim calls everyone's attention and plays a track to match the moment. That way it's captured properly before the evening dancing begins.

Tim reads the crowd all evening and takes live requests and dedications through the QR code system. The floor stays full without a single awkward gap.

A last song chosen to close the night exactly the way you pictured it.
