Write the thank-yous within a couple of weeks while the party is fresh in everyone's mind. Mentioning a moment from the night, like a dance or a speech, makes a note feel personal.

Does my thank you note list save automatically?
Yes — this tool saves your notes, tone and sign-off in your browser automatically as you add guests, so you can close the page and come back to find your list still there on the same device.
Can I mix warm and formal notes on the same list?
The tone you choose applies to every note on your list — if you want a mix, build and copy your warm notes first, then switch tone and add the rest as a separate batch.
How do I send my notes once they're ready?
Use "Copy all notes" to paste them into individual cards or messages, "Print" to save as a PDF, or "Email this draft to myself" to send a copy to your own inbox first.
