Make wedding menu cards for your tables

Design wedding menu cards, or menus for any event. Type or paste your menu, pick a design and print as many copies as you need — one per place setting, or one per table. Wedding breakfasts, buffets, bar menus and party food all work.

Design your menu

Work down the steps on the left — the menu updates live on the right.

1 Your menu

Type a course heading ending with a colon (Starter:), then one dish per line. Add a description after a dash (Roast beef - Yorkshire pudding) and an optional price after a bar (Roast beef - Yorkshire pudding | £14). Tags such as (V), (VG) and (GF) are kept as you type them.

Seal

The round emblem in the header — each design has its own, or pick another

3 Print

Printing: choose Actual size / 100% (not “fit to page”), ideally on 150–250 gsm card. Most home printers leave a small blank edge, so trim just inside the sheet edge and along the grey lines.

Questions

Menu Card Maker: common questions

What events can I make menu cards for?

Any event with food. There are starting examples for a wedding breakfast, evening buffet, bar and cocktail menu, party food and a children's menu, or you can start from scratch. Type a course heading ending with a colon, then one dish per line. You can add a description after a dash and keep dietary tags such as (V) or (GF).

How do I print the menus at home?

Download the print-ready PDF and print at Actual size or 100%, not fit to page, ideally on 150 to 250 gsm card. A5 prints two per A4 sheet, DL three and A6 four. Tick the cut lines option, then trim just inside the sheet edge and along the grey lines, as most home printers leave a small blank border.

Is my menu saved or uploaded?

No. The menu text and design choices are used inside your browser to draw the preview and create the PDF or JPG. Nothing is saved to your device's storage and nothing is sent to Mobile Disco Network or any server. If you want to keep your menu text, copy it somewhere safe before you close the page.

Should I have one menu per guest or one per table?

One per place setting looks finished and helps guests who want to check what is in each dish, which is useful for anyone with dietary needs. One per table uses less card and suits buffets or more relaxed meals. For a table menu, the A4 size gives a single larger card that is easy to read from any seat.

Tim’s tip

Double-check the final menu with your caterer before printing, especially any dietary tags. Last-minute dish changes are common, and a wrong label can cause real problems for guests with allergies.
