Set Up Before The First Guest Arrives
Decorations, lighting and soundchecks are finished when your Christmas party begins. Tim normally arrives at least 90 minutes before your start time.
Your Party, Roughly How It Flows
Every party is different, but here's the general shape of how Tim runs a typical themed celebration.
1 Arrival & setup
Tim arrives under the Early Arrival Guarantee and sets up sound and lighting. He completes a full soundcheck before your first guest walks in.
2 Background music as guests arrive
A relaxed, carefully chosen playlist plays in the background while guests settle in and mingle. From this point on, guests can scan the QR code at their table to send song requests and dedications straight to Tim.
3 The energy builds & dancing starts
Tim reads the room and steps the music up a gear, getting the first guests onto the dancefloor.
4 Food service
Music drops back to background level while food is served, so guests can chat comfortably.
5 Back on the dancefloor, through to the end
Straight back into the party, with live guest requests and dedications through the QR code system. It builds all the way to a high-energy finish.
