Questions
Wedding Day Contact Sheet: common questions
Who should have a copy of the contact sheet?
Give it to whoever is the main contact on the day, such as the best man, maid of honour or venue coordinator, so suppliers call them rather than you. It lists your details, the key contact and every supplier's phone number and arrival time, so one page answers most questions about who is arriving and when.
How do I print or share it?
Press Print to print the sheet or save it as a PDF, or use Copy contact sheet to paste it into a message. Email this draft to myself opens your email app with the sheet filled in and no recipient, so you can forward it. On a phone, numbers on the page can be tapped to call.
Is the contact information stored?
Yes, in your browser's local storage on this device, so your details and suppliers are there when you come back. Nothing is sent to Mobile Disco Network or the suppliers. Clear everything removes it, and you may want to do that on a shared or borrowed computer once you have printed your copy.
What arrival times should I collect from suppliers?
Ask each supplier when they need access, not just when their part of the day starts. Caterers, florists, hair and make-up and the DJ often arrive hours earlier to set up. The sheet sorts everyone by arrival time, so you can check the venue will be open and someone will be there to meet them.
Tim’s tip
Check the arrival times on the sheet against your venue's access times. If two large set-ups such as the caterers and the DJ need the same door at once, it is easier to stagger them now than on the day.
