What happens if I need to cancel or postpone?
Contact Tim as soon as you can.
Your deposit of 45% of the total is non-refundable, because it secures your date and Tim turns other enquiries away. If you cancel within 12 weeks of the event, 80% of the total is due, and within 8 weeks, 100%. If Tim books another event for your exact date and time, you won't owe more than the deposit. Postponing to a date when Tim is free usually lets your payments move across.
How do I secure my booking?
There are three steps.
Choose your package on the booking page, pay your deposit, and sign your contract in your client portal. Once all three are done, your date is confirmed. You can pay by card through Stripe or by BACS transfer, and spread the balance with monthly payments.
When is the final balance due?
Your contract shows the date your balance is due, before your event.
You can pay it in one go, or spread it with monthly payments that you can track in your client portal.
Can we add extra time on the night?
It's better to agree your finish time when you book, and extra hours can be added any time beforehand through your client portal at client prices.
Check your venue's licence first, as many rural venues have to finish by midnight.
How do I secure my date and make payments?
Check live date availability on the website and book online.
How do I know these awards are genuine, and not pay-to-enter?
Every award on this page links to the website of the body that gave it.
